Wherever the Diamond Sutra is found, the Buddha is present there. The words of truth are more venerable than any physical shrine.

Even a spot where only a four-line verse of this sutra is expounded should be venerated by all beings of the world — gods, humans, and asuras — as if it were a Buddha's stupa or shrine. How much more so for one who can fully receive, retain, read, and recite this sutra: such a person has accomplished 'the most supreme, foremost, and rare Dharma' (最上第一希有之法).
