In Judah God is known; his name is great in Israel.
God has made himself known through the history of Israel, and this is an expression of his greatness.

But you, you are to be feared! Who can stand before you when once your anger is roused?
A single word of God's rebuke renders even the most powerful military force powerless.
▸At God's rebuke, even the most powerful military force — horses and chariots — become useless.
Surely the wrath of man shall praise you; the remnant of wrath you will put on like a belt.
Within God's absolute sovereignty, even the anger of the wicked becomes a tool that reveals God's glory.
